At the May 2 annual meeting, Board Members Hal Lawson and Dick Butts were reelected for another two-year term. The new chair of the Plan Review Committee is Jack Bender. Committee members include Laura Olson, Linda Hoyt, Tim Gleeson and James Schiller. The CC&R Amendment committee proposed several changes for discussion, and it was determined that the walking path would be left in its present state. The subdivision’s gate code has changed. The new code is “Key 001144.” Please remember NOT to give out this code – this is for owners only. If your contractor or other service provider needs to access the subdivision after hours, please contact Joyce Bender who will provide them with a code unique to them. This helps us keep our subdivision secure. Thanks for your cooperation.
The HOA’s annual meeting will take place at 10:00 a.m. on May 2, 2015, at 8404 SW Reif Road in Powell Butte. Owners should have already received a copy of the agenda. If you are a lot owner and have not received your agenda, you can access it under the “Members Only” page on this website. At our annual meeting on Saturday, June 14, 2010, Dave Kimmel, Gene Hoskin and Mike Rooney were re-elected to the Board of Directors for another two-year term. Congratulations, gentlemen!

Th HOA’s 2014 Annual Meeting will take place on June 14, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., at the Powell Butte Community Center. The agenda was mailed to all property owners earlier this week. The Board hopes to see all us all there.
The proposed changes to our CC&Rs did not garner enough return ballots to merit a vote count, and therefore no changes will be made at this time.
Thanks to all who constructively participated in this process.
Our April 26 annual meeting has been postponed, but the highway cleanup will go on as scheduled. Please come out and help us beautify our stretch of US 97.
